Guests have exclusive access to all the outdoor areas of the main house, totaling over 600 m2. Spacious terraces and a recently renovated swimming pool provide perfect spaces to unwind, read, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the view and the weather.
Panoramic sea views, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a south-facing orientation guarantee maximum sunshine. The Mediterranean garden offers naturally shaded areas for relaxing or admiring the sea. All the outdoor spaces visible in the photographs—pool, terraces, gardens, and relaxation areas—are for the exclusive use of guests.

What you should know before booking
It is the furnished space that appears in all the interior photographs on this page: kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Also the outdoor spaces, terraces and swimming pool of the property.
It is a separate building within the same property. It is not rented and remains closed during stays. It does not appear in any interior photographs in this section of the website; however, parts of it may be visible in some exterior images, as it forms part of the same architectural complex.
The pool, terraces, gardens, and relaxation areas are for exclusive use. They are not shared with anyone.
Fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, high-speed Wi-Fi. Sun loungers and solarium for private use.
The house includes steps and uneven levels characteristic of the original architecture.
The pool does not have a perimeter fence. We recommend caution if you are coming with small children.
Private parking in front of the house for up to three vehicles.
The house is in a residential area of Canet de Mar, a few minutes’ walk from the centre and the beach. Canet is a quiet and welcoming coastal town. Its beaches are wide and quiet, ideal for families. There are shops and restaurants in the center. The town also boasts an interesting modernist heritage.
From Canet there is a direct train connection to Barcelona. The journey to the center takes just over 45 minutes. There is a connection to Barcelona airport and to the high-speed network.
